as the title says, Anyone got bruce lee's workout routine?
Did research on it but havent found much. found some of the routines but unsure if they are the real deal.
so far i've found that:
Bruce did 2 sets of the following.
Clean & Press: 8 reps
Squats: 12 reps
Pullovers: 8 reps
Bench press: 6 reps
Good mornings: 8 reps
Barbell curls: 8 reps
and did the following daily.
He performed 4 sets of the following exercises:
Waist twists - 90 reps
Sit-up twists - 20 reps
Leg raises - 20 reps
Leaning twists - 50 reps
Frog kicks - 50 reps
Additionally, he did situps, side bends, flags, and leg raises.
anyone know for sure what the routine is? or if this is close to any of it?
