Shoulder drop and ear to the back that is ggreat.... one more thing sometimes when your on top and in half guard and your trying thismove they have thier other knee blocking you in ur stomach...advice?


. Mike, I usually take the bottom leg. I can't recall trying the top one, but I think that your opponent could resist harder when you have the top leg, because he'd have space behind that hip to push. And he could push against you with his bottom leg. I'm not sure how easy it is to visualise that by reading it.
