Is there a set date in which new episodes of MTS become available or is it pretty random? I check for a new episode every five minutes or so and I thought maybe there was a way to make me less crazy waiting for them...

Just check every 10 minutes. You'll have a lot more time for other things... Like training.

From what I've seen posted on the forum it's supposed to be every two weeks as long as it all runs smoothly. There's clearly a lot of work that Jason and many others put in to the videos, so some times you need to be patient, but it's always worth the wait.
