With armbars and triangles, cups give you an advantage.

I think i am going to ship gabby to cali for this (I will not be able to go). Hopefully with all the Blacks and Browns there someone can coach her and she has mails in to a few of the girls for a place to stay. We will see how Pan Ams go this weekend...if they don't let her compete adult shes not going to go.

Eddie I think in the next couple of days it will let us register for the worlds... I Was pumped before now i am super pumped.... airline tickets go to kayak.com i got a ticket from charlotte, n.c. for 299.00 And i hear their was free shuttles from lax ?
