Led by Josh Yelverton (10th Planet Black Belt under Sean Applegate), 10PGS has continued to not only produce phenomenal competitors in Jiu-Jitsu and MMA, but has also helped many others simply improve themselves and achieve healthy goals through Jiu-Jitsu and martial arts.
