Looks legit to me. Shouldnt have stopped defending just cause he thought they were out of bounds. Looks like he might have stepped barely onto the carpet before Cels pulled him back in

Rader was into,against the ref (blue shirt dude) out of bounds. The ref could have inserted his penis. You can't see their feet at that time. IMO he was driven forward or pulled in when you see his feet in bounds.
