Was asked to show technique at Gokor's last night.

Specifically they wanted to see the Evil Guard. Did what I could in the time allotted. On the way home I thought about the night's events. I'm at Gokors trying to learn their leglocks, his technique for the night is the Twister roll to the Crotch Ripper, and I'm teaching them my guard game? Ironic? Yup, but full circle. Eddie has a move named after Gokor. It's all sharing and caring in the jiu jitsu world.

Think this, but with a dash of evil.

Actually yeah Slick Rick, I'd love to see it in action with breakdown. Wrestlers' passing pressure is nasty for me still when playing foot on hip guard, which I really don't know the finer points of yet, other than to keep a foot on their inner thigh.

That's cool as hell! What was Gokor's thoughts on Rubber Guard for MMA...if it got that far? Must be cool to live in LA with all those Legends of the sport just a few miles away.

Evil Guard.. What Enrique showed is correct. It's good enough for most scenarios. There's a thread about it on the forum. Basically it's just a good open guard with all the bells and whistles. Gokor likes my guard and asked I show it. Sevak and Roman liked it. Roman said it was probably a lot for others to digest so quickly but he got it. He understood and he liked it(2 time national champ in Sambo, and world bronze medalist in sambo). Those were some good compliments.

Whats the evil guard, can you give us some details?

Gokor is the man to go for leg locks right? Go to go watch some of his stuff.
