So, I've been seeing some pretty good results recently... and I think that a lot of that has to do with the fact that I've been setting goals and working really hard to accomplish them... So I figured it would be cool to make a thread where everyone could post their goals as a way to hold themselves accountable.
My short term goals (next three months):
Get my blue belt (testing soon)
Get to double lotus without using my hands
Be able to squeeze around my thigh as hard as I can for one minute straight (I'm upto 40 seconds)
