Im not sure about in tournaments. But if you ever watch Shinya Aoki fight hes been there a few times I believe.

The way Cora is using the lockdown to get to full guard is very professional. Make sure she keeps polishing that path. Eventually it's gonna be hard to get lockdowns so eventually she will have to master 1/4 guard to lockdown to full guard, but for right now her lockdown to full guard path is very shiny

Thank you guys for taking the time to view our vid and for your advice. Cora is nowhere near where I want her to be with the half guard game yet, we are constantly drilling them. We won't be moving on to anything else for awhile as there are so much to learn with this half guard game. Also we will invest more time on her strength and conditioning, as you all know this style of fighting, you need to have good conditioning and that squeezing power to control your opponent. Ever since she been on the strength training, her rubber guard control is much tighter and stronger. She has a tournament this weekend.
