Forum FAQ?

Would it be a good idea to have a FAQ tab at the top of the site, or maybe a popup whenever a new member joins to let them know what topics have been beaten to death and what protocols are to be observed? I know when I first signed up back in 2011 I made some of the same mistakes new people today are making. Maybe just points like:

1. Who's allowed to post instructional videos/technique vetting prior to posting
2. WCL Wolverine and his puppet master videos
3. Ranked gear from the store
4. Proper usage of the 10P name by ronin
5. Who's no longer in the system
6. Naming moves/Gracies did it too with Kimura, blah blah blah
7. Anything else that happens a lot

Any thoughts on this? Seems like there are a lot of repeat offenses on the same topics by people who genuinely don't know better. There could even be links to the threads where these topics have previously been covered.

seems great i'm new here, and i found many difficulties to post cause i have doubts about what can i post and what not, if something was already discussed in a topic and what not. I think would be cool create a topic about FAQ.

I say let them spend countless hours studying the system to find the answers. Like all us guys that were pro members since day 1(WAAY BEFORE METAMORIS) or better yet. Let's ask Einstein they don't know our struggles! Lol

I like this idea John. Anyone who repeats a topic that has been covered many times before should only be answered by Einstein, in his usual patient and tolerant way

Problem is, Herzog has the heaviest online presense on the forum and does the vast majority of all the answering/correcting. Einstein tends to lay his smackdowns via facebook or other medium.
