Rough and Uncut: WhooFleuryScores does a few 10th Planet Techniques amongst Others

So finally had a chance to grab my cousins and capture some footage of me executing a few 10th planet moves (twister and rubber guard) a couple regular jiu-jitsui moves (arm bar, Oma/Gogo plata), a few takedowns, and then to round it off a couple homages to my old semi-pro wrestling days (my senior year in high school a group of friends and I did our own WWE like league up until now that was my experience with any sort of grappling scripted or not).

Keep in mind of course the footage is raw, my intent is to both set a few goals by documenting where I am now, and to entertain a few of y’all as well (might make for a good laugh when you want a break from work, the kids, significant other, etc). I believe in Eddie’s system and will advocate it to the extent that my limited schedule (2-3 hrs per week) and frame (5’9 163lb) will allow for and defend it against anyone who criticizes it.

So with that-WhooFleuryScores from the vault!

Takedowns (based on GSP’s training video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cNCTLANnyak):

yo homie, when going MISSION CONTROL from RG, turn your wrist FACING YOU not AWAY makes much tighter / harder for the other guy to break out of it

when you armbar EXACTLY like you do in the video but BRIDGE YOUR HIPS for the tap/elbow dislocation

on your omoplata (gogoplata is if you can get your shin INTO their THROAT) when you OMO just like you did, your partner was on his SIDE, if you HIP OUT/AWAY it would FLATTEN HIM OUT.... if hes flattened out THATS where the shoulder pain = submission comes from so LAY THEM FLAT ON THEIR BELLY

when doing your twister, you gotta have your knees going 2 different directions, when you get into JUDO SIDE CONTROL (your 0:03 seconds in) your right leg the way you have it at 3 seconds is perfect, keep your knee FLAT TO THE GROUND POINTING THE WAY YOUR FACING and YOUR OTHER KNEE needs to point 90 degrees NORTH... so one knee 90 degrees east/west and the other knee 90 degrees NORTH thats the proper TWISTER SIDE CONTROL

your hooking the leg wasnt bad, if you can hook your leg further down his leg more toward his ANKLE, no need to really GRAB for it but hook it TO YOU as close as you can THEN grab it... your roll as perfect, rolling diagonal toward his legs, all your subs from twister control/truck were perfect, you could also do a toe hold by twisting his foot and pushing toward his butt , you forgot BASEBALL BAT CONTROL and SWEDISH CONTROL when going for the neck crank, it gives you better positioning

--- follow these tips and your game would be TIGHT

Yes. I thought a lot of his posts were him just joking around but now I'm starting to think he's completely serious.

About the videos; you couldn't even drop the people's elbow with the correct elbow, what the hell? I really don't know what to say though. It's kind of awkard actually, some of them looked like you were joking but others you were pretty serious. If they were meant to be a joke then I laughed but if you are for real then you can only get better and good luck.

Somewhere in between-for me this is currently a side hobby (I take it serious where I can, but also make sure to have fun where I can). I'm def open to any fun critiques, and also for providing some loose humor here and there.

Thanks Maia for the feedback too btw-I had forgotten about the way to hold ur ankle (better to have the wrist face me. I will say my twister stance needed some adjusting too.

anytime homie! youll see a huge improvement after my tips, ignore these rude people trying to deny my insight because clearly if IM WRONG so are all the instructors are who TAUGHT me these tips clearly must be wrong. when practicing it feels unnatural at first, but the more you do it the more it becomes second nature or "muscle memory"

if you have more questions/needing help, throw a quick vid up on here at least IM willing to go over it and help a brother out and most of the others are 2
