Personally I eat a ton of red meat, but mostly wild game. Deer, Bear, Moose and Elk. I also eat a lot of Salmon and Trout, self caught.
I take a pile of Whey protein in on a daily basis, and I eat at least 3 eggs a day. I drink fish oil, take multivitamins and also use a product line that is heavily plant-based. I eat Chicken that is just store bought, and Turkey too.
I am 60/40 with Meat/veggies, and the odd piece of fruit strategically placed if it serves a purpose. (Pre/Post workout)
However I typically only have one solid meal a day (not including my eggs), and the rest of my meals are Nutritionally dense meal replacement shakes.
I will eat Instant Oatmeal as a pre-workout on days that I want to lift heavy or push myself hard too so I can't say I am paleo, but I am starch and sugar free for the most part.
