    Got to clear up a few things real quick...Being choked out during a promotion is not going to "help with neck strength" that would be like doing one push up and saying you are helping with chest strength. There is no realation to geting choked out while rolling because there are way too many variables such as your heart rate, your position, there squeeze, technique and your own resistance. Ive been in chokes that I can resist for a while and then Ive been in some were I could feel the lights turning off quick.

    If you deprive you brain of blood you are depriving it of oxygen...oxygen is transported to the brain through the blood.

    This has a dramatically less chance of causing damage than if you lose oxygen to your brain.
