New Gym Question

Hey guys, just looking for a little feedback. We're finally moving into a FULL SIZE facility next month. While still in the building process, I was just curious on some recommendations. Is their any specific training tool, or piece of equipment that is a MUST HAVE? We have the mats, bags, mirrors and all that good stuff covered. But adding a little flare to the place wouldn't be such a bad idea.

We've got quite a bit of room to work with, so I'm open to ideas!

All you need is mats, the affliation, and asolid group of dudes. The rest you can add as you go along. Dont go crazyand drop tons of cash unless you are independantly wealthy. Trust me all you need is mats. Dont forget in your bigger space your utilities will go up an depending on you lease you may have tax, cam, etc. Good shit brotha!
