So probly dumb question is Reverse De La Riva and Spiral the same thing ? cause Ive seen RDLR taught the same but that Spiral was was your right hand underhooking the Opponents leg . Either way cool stuff love the oliviera

yea, go play spiral without a mouth guard. the first time a guy drops his knee on your face trying to stop the inversion, it will change your life.

I was meaning more so teaching with a mouth guard in. No problem with it otherwise

One of our guys used to fish for that calf slicer all the time. Good stuff. I agree. When teaching techniques there should be no mouth guard in my opinion though.
